I started my career making fully detailed birds such as the Snipe,Woodcock,Grouse, and various wildfowl , I moved away from such detailed carvings to concentrate on more stylised works.
Given your client profile I've no doubt that my fully detailed carvings would sit well and sell at the gallery.
There would be limited availability due to the time they take to make which can obviously be of benefit should demand be high .
